Charity Computers Brisbane are a program operated by CityCare Brisbane.

CityCare Brisbane is a Deductible Tax Recipient and a not-for-profit Charitable Institution. The organisation operates under its own by-laws and is accountable to a governing board. CityCare Brisbane is the community care expression of Brisbane City Church.

CityCare Brisbane was founded in 1995 by Pastors Steve and Jenni Power, to assist marginalised people in Brisbane.
